Officers of the Greer Police Department arrested Kenneth Carmero Brown, 25, of Greer and charged him with trafficking marijuana after they executed a search warrant at his home and found 27.5 pounds of marijuana and $15,277.

The warrant, obtained by the Directed Patrol Unit and Vice Unit, was served about 8:30 p.m. Thursday at  Brown's residence at 405 Harvey Road.
